Hi Guys,
I have been made aware of a VMware KB that is supposed to have a script that allows the change of a primary NIC from e1000 / Flexible to VMXNET3 online and it interacts with VMTools to notify windows of the change.
Has anyone had any experience of this and if so please could you supply me with the Link to the article, Im really struggling trying to find this.
We have around 100 VM's in our vCloud that were setup incorrectly with e1000 and Flexible adapters, These need to be upgraded with as little disruption as possible and without a MAC Change (ideally without a customization run) This KB Supposedly does it all online without the need to reboot / re-customise the VM
Any assistance would be appreciated.
